Your main responsibilities will be.
- Culture and maintain solid tumor cell lines (e.g., breast, pancreatic, lung, and melanoma models).
- Isolate, expand, and cryopreserve primary immune cells, including PBMCs, T cells, and NK cells.
- Plan and perform T- and NK-cell-mediated cytotoxicity assays to assess the efficacy of protein-based modalities.
- Conduct functional characterization studies to elucidate mechanisms of action, including immune activation marker analysis by flow cytometry and cytokine profiling using ELISA and MSD/Luminex platforms.
- Analyze and interpret experimental data using tools such as Excel and GraphPad Prism, contributing to internal reports and scientific presentations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date standard operating procedures, laboratory notebooks, and equipment calibration and maintenance records.
- Oversee reagent inventory and support general laboratory operations and maintenance.
